Ensuring the security of our members' financial documentation is our most important task at VaultStreet.
Because your documents arrive from many different financial institutions - banks, brokerage houses, investment companies, etc. - we have several steps in our process to ensure that each document we collect is authenticated.
How we protect you and your financial information:
- Verifying that the source of a particular communication is from your financial institution(s) (limits phishing risk)
- Ensuring your privacy when you forwarded to financial advisors, tax preparers, and other third parties chosen by you.
- Providing encrypted electronic storage of financial documents. There’s no need to store unencrypted paperless documents on your home computer - we encrypt your documents when they are collected into our secure online repository.
